My decisions are guided by your specific needs and the specific conditions on the land. With attention and rigor to your life and the land you tend, I chart paths toward long-term beauty and health in gardens, using native plants, habitat supports, and genuine care for people.

I offer landscape design, planting, maintenance, coaching, and consultation services. With 7 years of professional experience and study in these fields, and the local ecology of the Willamette Valley, I provide a well-rounded approach to habitat gardens in Portland’s residential landscapes.

I’ve tended some gardens for years, while I’ve visited others for one-time consults, week-long maintenance blitzes, or seasonal redesigns. Underlying it all is a sincere desire to help my clients create and love the habitat gardens of their dreams.
